50 Bank Street was delivered on behalf of MAPP and involved the soft strip-out of two commercial floors within the iconic Canary Wharf estate. Given the prestigious location and the continued occupation of neighbouring tenants, the project required a considered approach.

Our team carried out the works precisely, ensuring that all materials intended for retention were carefully preserved. Sustainability was a key focus throughout the process. Wherever possible, materials were segregated for recycling and reuse, contributing to reduced landfill waste and aligning with our and the client’s environmental goals.

Working within a live commercial environment, we maintained strict controls to minimise noise and disruption, ensuring daily operations within the building continued undisturbed. The works were completed on time and fully complied with all site regulations, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality strip-out services with minimal impact on people and the environment.
