1 Basinghall Avenue was undertaken on behalf of BW: Workplace Experts. It involved the soft strip-out of commercial offices, including lift shaft removal and plant room removal works. Due to the complex nature of the building’s infrastructure, the project required careful coordination and precise execution.

A strong emphasis was placed on sustainable practices throughout the work. Materials were meticulously sorted and removed with reuse and recycling in mind. Wherever feasible, elements were salvaged and reintroduced into the supply chain, significantly reducing waste and supporting our shared commitment to environmentally responsible construction.

Working in a central City location demanded a discreet and efficient approach. Our team maintained a clean and safe working environment, ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s daily operations.
