Services:

Shackleton House, London Bridge, was undertaken on behalf of Collins Construction and involved the full soft strip-out of commercial space, logistics support, and the delivery of a reclaimed raised access floor (RAF).
Situated in the busy London Bridge area, the project required careful planning and execution to ensure smooth operations within a live and constrained environment.

Sustainability was a key driver throughout the project. Our team implemented a detailed material segregation strategy, prioritising reuse and recycling at every stage. Fixtures, fittings, and building components were carefully removed with repurposing in mind, significantly reducing waste sent to landfill and supporting a circular economy approach.

We also provided tailored logistics services, efficiently managing all site movements and waste streams to minimise disruption to neighbouring tenants and the broader public realm. The RAF process was meticulously handled, ensuring a compliant and fully traceable outcome for the client.

Delivered with minimal disruption and a strong focus on environmental performance, Shackleton House reflects our commitment to responsible strip-out solutions and collaborative working with our partners at Collins Construction.
